Today was one of the worst experiences I've had at a car wash. It was so disappointing that I ended up going to a nearby one just to get my car cleaned properly. Honestly, even the automatic car washes would have done a better job. It’s frustrating because I’ve used this place before and they were fantastic. I get that they raised their prices, which is fair, but the quality has really gone downhill. I’d avoid this place, there’s better places in Staten Island.

I purchased the $50 cleaning package, but I was very disappointed with the service. The staff appeared to use only Windex to clean the entire interior, and the strong chemical smell was overwhelming. I was expecting proper interior cleaning products and leather conditioner, especially for the price I paid. The interior looked only lightly cleaned, and there was no evidence that appropriate products were used for the different surfaces. The exterior wasn’t cleaned well either, as I noticed several areas that were still dirty after the wash. I expected much better attention to detail and higher-quality products. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the service was worth the price, and I hope the business improves both its interior detailing and exterior cleaning

They used to be decent, now they’re horrible. Prices are not cheap but you expect that with a hand wash. However, after the wash car still had dirt on the car which was not taken off even after they went over with detail spray (completely missed it), interior looked worse than I brought it, fingerprints everywhere and nothing really cleaned besides the vacuum they did. BUT HERE IS WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF: they scratched up every single one of my door sills. They were stepping on them to wipe down my roof and scratched every single one. This is absurd, you guys are washing $130k car, I would expect them to be a little more careful, put a towel under your dirty sneaker or use a step. Overall the car wash just went downhill. Never coming here again that’s for sure.

This is THE best car wash in the world !! Top notch in every sense of the word. It is run by a beautiful family that treats their customers like family! I had a fantastic experience at this car wash. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They worked quickly but carefully, and the results were impressive—my car looked spotless inside and out. The vacuuming was thorough, the windows were streak-free, and even tough spots on the exterior came out looking new. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the value for the price. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their car to look its best without spending a fortune. I’ll definitely be coming back!
